1. No Refund Policy
All ticket sales, race entries, registrations, camping purchases, and related event purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
2. Event Changes
SGMP Promotions LLC reserves the right to modify event schedules, race formats, classes, or participant lineups at any time. Changes to an event do not qualify for a refund.
3. Event Postponement
If an event is postponed due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond the control of SGMP Promotions LLC, purchased tickets or registrations will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
4. Event Cancellation
If an event is completely cancelled and not rescheduled, SGMP Promotions LLC may provide one of the following at its discretion:
Credit toward a future event
Transfer of entry to another event
Partial or full refund
Processing fees and service charges may be non-refundable.
5. Participant Withdrawal
If a racer or participant withdraws from an event after registration:
No refunds will be issued.
Transfers may be allowed only with written approval from SGMP Promotions LLC prior to the event.
6. Weather Policy
Motorsports events are held rain or shine. Weather conditions do not qualify for refunds unless the event is officially cancelled by SGMP Promotions LLC.
7. Chargebacks
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks with their payment provider without first contacting SGMP Promotions LLC. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Event bans
Additional administrative fees

7. Ticket Use
